My time has come!

I am so excited to announce that I have now hopped on the Baby Wagon and that I am expecting a little one for August 2019! :)

We are happy to report that so far it seems that little Peanut is doing great!

Our road to Peanut has been an interesting one... after some fertility testing last April we found out that getting pregnant with my own eggs might not be an option (more on that later).

But somehow Mother Nature worked with us and here we are entering the 2d Trimester or what is sometimes referred to as the "Golden Trimester" which I am looking forward to...

I am starting to feel better (although I am nervous about even saying this) since from one hour to the next things can change drastically as in, I could now be dry-heaving mid-sentence...

As a childbirth educator and a doula, I have decided to start this blog to share my experiences with others‚ in the hopes of helping others and myself navigate this new and exciting chapter together.
