My VBAC class can be held in person or via Zoom.
My VBAC Class consists of 2 meetings.
I will help you process what happened with your previous birth and understand why you had a cesarean. We will work on any unresolved feelings that you may still be dealing with in a birth processing session.
I will help you make sure you can discuss all your concerns with the care provider you chose and make sure they are the right fit.
And finally, we will work on getting your baby in an ideal postion for a vaginal birth and getting your body ready.
