During this session, we can:

Review your practice of the different breathing techniques

Review hypnosis and mindfulness visualizations

Review Your Birth plan

Review what your partner will do do to support you

Go over coping tools such as massage, how to use a birth ball and peanut ball

Usually 2 hours minimum are recommended!
